Esther Mveng
Managing Director
Esther is a Business Excellence Leader and Expert and a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, known for her professional consultation skills and her ability to train and mentor - oh, and her cooking! Over the course of her 20+ years experience as a business process management professional, she has trained and mentored over 1,550 students, ranging from the basic white belts to masters of the Lean Six Sigma profession to executives who are leading and championing change. She has spent the last two decades perfecting her techniques for consulting, deployment, curriculum development, coaching, training, and leading both projects and programs in companies across multiple industries, including aviation, education, banking and finance, healthcare, manufacturing, and more. Esther has also taken the opportunity to design, develop, and deploy 8 successful, Business Process Transformation programs in companies such as Bombardier Aerospace, Wells Fargo, Emory University, Mitsubishi US, and many others. And in case that doesn't impress you, there's always the hard-and-fast savings her initiatives have gained over the years. She has over $70 Million (USD) of savings to her name between hard and soft savings, cost avoidance, quality impacts, efficiency gains, and cost of poor quality reduction.
